Survey for Mental Health and Crisis Services for Children and Young People in Suffolk.

This survey is to gather the experiences and views of families about where they go for help when their child or young person is experiencing a crisis or needs urgent help.  It will close on 12th February 2017.

The findings of this survey will be shared with Suffolk County Council and Health staff from East & West Suffolk to inform the work of the Crisis Workstream and Emotional Wellbeing Hub which is part of the Children and Young People’s Emotional Wellbeing Transformation Plan.  It should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
