The survey is for parents and carers in Suffolk, who have children and young people aged 0-25 years with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). Our aim is to see how well County Council & Health services identify children’s special educational needs and/or disabilities, how well they meet those needs and how effectively they improve outcomes for those children and young people.
This survey will help us to reflect the views of a wide group of parents / carers and will be an annual assessment.
As part of the SEND Reforms Implementation and informing future work, we have presented the survey to the Local Authority, Health, Social Care & other relevant bodies, who have reviewed the feedback and committed to responding to any issues raised, we attach :
